Victor Busser Casas joined McArthurGlen in May 2008 as Leasing Director where his pivotal role helps bring to fruition a well-considered growth plan for international expansion within the outlet sector, new channels and new territories.
Based at McArthurGlen’s regional office in Rome, Mr Busser Casas takes full responsibility for developing leasing strategy across the business, with particular focus dedicated to new designer outlets scheduled at Venice, Naples and Athens.
Mr Busser Casas has an impressive track record in overseeing leasing strategies for large-scale property developments across the retail sector. Prior to joining McArthurGlen, Mr Busser Casas was Senior Leasing Executive for Madrid Xananu where he was responsible for the leasing of 135,000 m sq GLA, one the largest shopping centres in Europe scheme.
As International Tenant Representative for leading property consultancy agency Cushman & Wakefield, he created and carried out expansion strategy for international corporate clients in Spain and for Spanish Clients abroad. More recently Mr Busser Casas was Country Manager at Neinver Italia, S.P.A where he created growth opportunities for both organisations and their brand partners in Italy.
